CSF Cooling is proud to announce the official public release of its Porsche 991 Turbo & Turbo S high performance intercoolers for both 991.1 & 991.2 models. Since the intercoolers made their official world debut at the 2017 SEMA show, a unique sales decision was made to only release these intercoolers (for a period of 1 year) to a select group of the world’s most highly regarded Porsche motorsport ECU tuners and vehicle builders. Over the past year, CSF’s Porsche 991 Turbo intercoolers have been race-tested, logged, and fully validated by some of the world’s best Porsche tuners. These intercoolers have been regarded as the “Go-To” option for the best performance and value available in the performance aftermarket.

COMPARISON TO OEM – THE CSF ADVANTAGE

• From first glance the increase in width from the OEM’s 80mm core to the CSF’s 115mm width is very apparent. Critical for vehicles running performance tunes with bolt-on modifications. Considered a mandatory upgrade for vehicles running upgraded turbo systems. The larger capacity CSF bar/plate core design can handle significantly more airflow + increased boost pressures compared to the OEM intercooler system. 
• CSF’s 100% TIG welded cast end tanks, paired with its high-efficiency bar/plate intercooler core. Compared to the OEM style tub/fin core, which is crimped on to the plastic end tanks. The weaker OEM design can crack under high boost or vibrations typical to race conditions. 
• The design of CSF’s end tanks allows for airflow to be distributed evenly throughout the entire intercooler compared to the OEM intercooler design which is much shallower. The OEM design makes it more difficult for airflow to reach the top/bottom tube sections at the ends of the intercooler. 
• CSF’s Porsche 991 Turbo intercoolers are finished with an aero-space grade, Nano-particle, heat dispersion coating that dissipates heat ~35% better than uncoated raw aluminum. The OEM intercooler system has a raw finished core.

In comparison to the By Design intercoolers shown in the pictures above. CSF’s proven design has the following advantages:

• Larger volume end tanks. Allowing for airflow to be distributed evenly throughout the entire intercooler where as the competitor’s end tank design is shallower, similar to OEM.
• CSF chose to invest in high-cost tooling for precision cast end tanks after undergoing CFD analysis to achieve more difficult shapes. This results in better airflow and fitment versus more expensive to produce CNC machined end tanks (often having limitations in both design and manufacturing phases)
• CSF utilizes ALL factory mounting points to ensure the unit is properly secured. CSF’s engineers made sure OEM mounting pin connections were utilized and proper clearances were made. No grinding to the metal intercooler cage is necessary to install. (By Design and some other competitors require metal grinding for their intercoolers to be installed).
• CSF is the only company to include a heat dispersion coating with its Porsche 991 Turbo intercoolers. (~$500 value)

1. Overview

Euro Kustoms supplies automotive parts and accessories and ships items Australia-wide via third-party courier services. This policy sets out our shipping practices, returns, refunds, warranties, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Due to the size, weight, or specialised nature of certain products, freight insurance is not always included. Unless additional insurance is arranged, goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk to the extent permitted by law.

2. Orders, Buyer Responsibilities & Transit Risk

• Buyers must provide accurate delivery details and a valid contact number at checkout.

• Items over 25kg or longer than 1 metre cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

• Title and risk pass to the buyer upon dispatch, except where ACL applies.

• All items are inspected and packaged prior to dispatch.

• Euro Kustoms is not liable for loss or damage in transit unless additional freight insurance has been purchased.

• Optional freight insurance may be available and must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Stock Availability & Supply

• Stock availability is not guaranteed.

• Some products are custom-made, made-to-order, or imported.

• Estimated dispatch and delivery times are indicative only and may change without notice.

• Euro Kustoms is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, importers, or couriers.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders are generally dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment clearance, unless otherwise stated.

• Delivery timeframes typically range from 7–10 business days, depending on location and courier.

• Tracking details are supplied for all shipments.

• Deliveries occur during standard business hours (weekdays only, excluding public holidays).

• Failed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or incomplete details may result in delays, returns, or redelivery fees.

5. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

• For major failures, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.

• For minor failures, you are entitled to a repair or replacement.

• This policy does not limit or exclude any non-excludable rights under ACL.

6. Faulty Goods, Warranty & Damage Claims

• Claims must be lodged within 7 days of delivery, including order number and supporting evidence.

• Euro Kustoms may assess the product and/or liaise with the manufacturer or importer.

• Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund (refunds are provided only where no other remedy is reasonably available).

Important conditions:

• Warranty may be void if the product has been modified, altered, incorrectly installed, or tampered with.

• Euro Kustoms is not liable for labour, diagnostic, fitting, or refitting costs.

• If customer actions contributed to the issue, remedies may be reduced or refused.

• Refunds for ACL-approved faults exclude shipping costs unless legally required.

• If a claim is rejected, the item will be returned at the customer’s cost.

• Storage fees of 10% of the item value per 14 days may apply after notification.

7. Change-of-Mind Returns (Discretionary)

• May be considered & determined at Euro Kustoms’ discretion within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unfitted, and returned in original packaging & have a genuine reason for return.

• A 25% restocking fee applies.

• All return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

8. Order Cancellations

• Orders cancelled after placement but before dispatch or production incur a 25% restocking fee.

• Orders already dispatched are treated as returns.

9. Freight & Return Shipping Costs

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• If free shipping was included, return freight is charged at 20% of the item value.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring returns are adequately packaged, insured, and traceable.

• Euro Kustoms is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

10. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Electrical items that have been installed or used.

• Custom-made, special-order, clearance, or discontinued items.

• Items marked “non-returnable”.

• Products damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorised modification.

11. Returns Authorisation (RMA) Process

1. Email info@eurokustoms.com.au with:

   • Order number

   • Item(s) being returned

   • Reason for return (with photos where applicable)

2. Await written Return Authorisation (RMA) approval and instructions.

3. Clearly display the RMA number on the package.

4. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

12. Road-Use & Compliance Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold by Euro Kustoms are not certified for legal road use in Australia.

The customer is solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Euro Kustoms accepts no liability for damages or losses, penalties, defects, or enforcement actions arising from the use of non-compliant products.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Euro Kustoms excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of use, or business interruption.

• Liability for goods is limited, at Euro Kustoms’ discretion, to repair, replacement, or refund, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

14. Force Majeure

Euro Kustoms is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, manufacturing shortages, shipping congestion, port delays, customs clearance issues, industrial action, natural disasters, acts of government, or failures of courier or logistics providers.

15. Installation Responsibility

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products supplied by Euro Kustoms are intended to be installed by a suitably qualified professional.

Incorrect installation, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or use outside the intended purpose may void any warranty and limit or exclude available remedies. Euro Kustoms accepts no responsibility for damage, faults, or losses arising from improper installation.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree that the courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
