1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Euro Kustoms website and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase products.

2. Product Use Disclaimer

Unless a product listing explicitly states that it is approved for legal road use in Australia, you acknowledge that the product is not road-legal.
Euro Kustoms is not responsible for fines, penalties, or any consequences arising from the use of non-approved products on public roads.

3. Orders, Stock & Supply

  • Stock availability is not guaranteed. Some products are custom-made, produced to order, or imported, and delivery times may vary.
  • Euro Kustoms will make all reasonable efforts to supply products as soon as possible, but in many cases, we are limited by supplier and importer availability.
  • High demand may result in products selling out before arrival into stock.
  • Any estimated delivery times are guidelines only and may change without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices listed are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
  • Euro Kustoms reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Payment must be received in full before order processing.

5. Cancellations & Restocking

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Once an order has shipped, cancellation is treated as a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Euro Kustoms is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of products, including fines or penalties.
  • Liability for defective products is limited to remedies outlined under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, graphics, and text on this website are the property of Euro Kustoms or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Warranty & Supplier Limitations

  • Products are subject to the warranties offered by the manufacturer or main importer. Euro Kustoms’ ability to provide repair, replacement, or refund is limited by these warranties, stock, and policies.
  • Custom or special-order items may have extended production or delivery times, subject to the supplier’s and importer’s lead times.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes must be resolved in the courts of NSW.
