A Scan Is Part of the Investigation
A diagnostic scan can provide useful information, but a fault code alone does not establish the cause or confirm which part needs replacing. Further checks may be required. We discuss the findings and next steps rather than guessing a repair from a message.
Help Us Understand the Concern
Include the year, make, model, registration and mileage. Tell us when the issue started, whether it is constant or intermittent, what happens when it occurs and any recent work. Existing reports and clear photos are useful, but they do not replace inspection of the vehicle.
Approval Before Additional Work
We agree on the initial scope and explain if further investigation, dismantling or repairs are needed. Pricing and a timing indication are discussed before work outside that scope. If approval is pending, we leave the additional work pending.
Reports & Repair Planning
Where a scan or electronic inspection report is carried out, we can include it with the job record and explain the relevant findings. Request a booking with your vehicle details and preferred timing. Booking requests are reviewed before confirmation.

Our workshop is at 8 Sir Joseph Banks Street, Botany, Sydney. Open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Booking requests need our confirmation before your visit.
